Park War Memorials, 1020 South Morris Avenue, the
Korean/Vietnam War Memorial is a black granite memorial
surrounded by red sidewalks.
These sidewalks include the names of Central
Illinois residents killed or missing in action in the
Korean and Vietnam battles.
The McLean County Soldiers & Sailors Civil
War Monument was dedicated in 1913 and includes the
names of all McLean County soldiers at that time.

Village of the Kickapoo Park, was established in 1998 to
honor Kickapoo Tribe that inhabited this land from the
mid-1700’s until their removal in 1832.
This privately owned park is open year round to
the public. An
annual intertribal pow wow is held the first weekend of
June each year. The park is also available to groups for special activities.
